I LOVE to buy those blank journals and have tons of them. The craxy part is that I am AFRAID to write in them. They are so cool and they just beg for me to take pen or pencil to them, but I just freeze! Oh my gosh, I just wrote this down and admitted it! I'm going to give some serious thought to the reasons behind this...(walks away muttering to self)Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13142165989773432032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-736448434152217111.post-34267250190691855622009-01-24T17:25:00.000-05:002009-01-24T17:25:00.000-05:00I've never bought a blank journal but you make is ...I've never bought a blank journal but you make is sound appealing. I usually buy them because I like their cover and then I do not dare to write in them!!! Have a nice weekend. Ciao. I opened the last one and most of that was a steady failure of his hands not being useful. He then switched to tape recorder, until his speech got to bad to understand. We found 3 full journals and none of us feel we have the right to intrude on his privacy so they and the tapes are packed away. I knew you would! Lovers of signs (i.e. you, me, and I hope many others) will appreciate that it's a bit more than just a lot of photos of neat signs.

I love blank journals, too. I have several. Most are partially used but never full of anything other than blankness. :-) Unfortunately, since I've been blogging my journaling has suffered greatly. I'm ashamed to say that it's just so much easier to press these keys than to hold a pen. Yes, I'm ashamed of myself.Laurelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03664721949113509873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-736448434152217111.post-4945620473316763452009-01-24T03:13:00.000-05:002009-01-24T03:13:00.000-05:00No Beth you aint on your own with regards journals...No Beth you aint on your own with regards journals...I also love them..I always keep one or more for our holidays etc. and have kept every one...they are so uselful for a whole lot of things.. I'm constantly having to write things down, or Paul writes things down when I can't hear him. It's great for ideas for writing, or that elusive word you come across and want to remember to look up and use.

My favorite are moleskin journals. Moleskin is just a figure of speach for describing them (winks). I usually pick them up a Barnes and Noble. They are bound like the old world style journals, sewed together. I have a few Distress Leather bound journals, that are kept closed be leather bindings.

Lately I want to write everything and anything, whatever comes to mind. I'm never without one my moleskin J's far from me (you can get them in multiple sizes, lined, blank...). I tend to fill them quickly they usually only have 50-100 sheets in them. It's perfect makes it easier to keep one in my bag when I go out, in case I come across someone I can't hear. I guess by now you realized you hit on one of my fav. subjects.
